Tiangong Liu, born in China, got engineering degree in Germany, work and live in Silicon Valley now. I taught myself to paint watercolor by reading books and watching on-line demos.
 
After years of practice, I have been developing my style of “abstract realism" and enjoy transferring normal life landscapes into more fascinating scenario with little mysteries and nostalgia.
 
My paintings were juried into 49th, 52nd and 53rd CWA National Exhibition. I become a signature member of California Watercolor Association and a selected member of the Canadian Society of the Painters in Water Colour in 2022.  My paintings are collected by lots of people around the world.
